Not sure if I thanked him enough for reading and responding to every single piece of writing I ever sent him. Not sure I told him how much it meant to me to see a picture of me playing basketball hanging up in his room. Not sure I told him how inspiring it was to have a grandpa who attended an Ivy League school at the age of 16.
